I have a very long iud story. It started 2 1/2 years ago when I went to go have my IUD inserted three weeks after having my daughter. I have had an emergency C-section, that C-section had abscessed and created a 5 inch deep wound in my stomach. My doctor assured me it was OK to go ahead and insert the IUD. Fast forward 2 1/2 years later I developed a ton of auto immunity‘s, up and down on depression medication, my wound took seven months to heal, chronic yeast infections and UTIs, chronic migraines and now I am two months IUD free. Oh, I also lost all of my hair and developed extreme cystic acne while I had the IUD in. All of my doctors told me this is not my IUD all of my tests came back completely normal. I am now two months IUD free growing back new hair on my head that’s the color it used to be, my skin is bright and clearing up, others aroundMe say I look healthier I don’t look sick anymore. We have to get justice for these IUDs.
